We are pleased to offer a limited number of seasonal sites in our beautiful, gated campground. Each site is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, space, and a true outdoor lifestyle experience.

Winter storage included at no additional charge for family and friends on all lots.

• Hydro is not included in any fee; hydro charges billed separately as applicable.

• All fees are annual and subject to HST.

• Option 1 — 80 / 24 Lot: $4,500 + HST

• Option 2 — 70+ / 27 Lot: $5,000 + HST

• Option 3 — 70+ Plus / 37 Lot: $5,500 + HST

• Option 4 — 100+ Plus / 35 Lot (waterfront): $8,000 + HST

• Option 5 — Overnight Guests: contact for policy/fees

💳 Payment Policy

• Seasonal fees must be paid in full by May 15

• Accepted payment methods:
  Cash, E-Transfer, Debit, and Cheque

• Credit card payments:

  • On or before April 13 no additional charge

  • After April 14

  • 3% processing fee applies

⚠️ Late Payments & Account Status

• Full payment is required by May 15

• Late payments are subject to 4% interest per month

• Campers will not be permitted to enter the resort until their account balance is paid in full
