To BuyeRs:If you are interested in buying a trailer and/or leasing a lot from Maitland Shores, you must first be approved by filling out an application form. You can find the form and steps on the Leaseholders page. Please be advised that the approval process can take between 2-4 weeks or longer depending on the circumstances. Note to Sellers: A Transfer of Lot Lease Form must be completed and approved before any transactions can be approved. Please contact the office if you intend to sell your trailer. Do not enter into an agreement to purchase or sell a trailer until you receive confirmation of the application approval. All trailers sold are subject to a Transaction Fee of 5% of the sale.
